FNB is useless and lazy

I went to FNB to open Fixed investment account. Asked Serame Mo***eng (Bethlehem branch) to explain how they calculate interest. He asked that I leave my number for financial advisor to call me to explain. I refused and told him I was there a month ago, left my number and nobody called so I came to get explanation in person and then open the account. Serame told me that they can't help me then and that I leave my number again or I go away cos they can't help me there, they have to call me. What nonsense is this? I waste my time there only to be told to go back home and wait for a phone call that never comes
