FNB is useless - and I once thought they were the best
<p>I have been patient long enough with FNB - they keep on deducting my account with different amounts even though i made arrangements to lower installments. I am getting tired of this. And I will take this to the Ombudsman if it comes to that. I have been holding for freakin 20 minutes on the phone already to sort this out.</p>
On the phone again - and still no response - I cannot believe how pathetic the service is. I used to be so happy with FNB - now i think I must change banks.

No one has contacted me as yet and I need to sort this out immediately - FNB deducted my account 3 times this week for a loan - I cannot believe this - why would you deduct my account 3 times - you have never done this before.
