FNB is useless

I am not even a customer, never have been, and never will. They gave my phone number to a debt collection agency without making contact with me to get the so-called debt resolved. They linked my number to a ******** that owes them money, and now I get daily messages and calls to pay some one else's debt. When I phone the bank, they can't help me with a simple request to remove my number and have 100 excuses. Same with the debt company called LWM-debt recovery. This is not a bank its a ******** organization that bullies and harasses innocent people.
