Fnb is useless

My mom has a fixed investment at fnb and she is struggeling to get her money out. They invested it for 5 years with the interest to put back, but she wanted the interest as salary. Its almost 18 months and she is still struggeling.area manager, bank manager, no one can help.my dad dued and she now has no income because her income is the interest.
