FNB is useless!

Unfortunately there is no 0 rating but the service from FNB is non existent. I've been waiting for over 3 months for a reply to an email.

DO NOT open an account with this bank, it's terrible and expensive and there's no customer service what so ever.

They threaten to close my bank account for no reason at all and now refuse to reply to email, pathetic.
