FNB is useless

I reported a online purchase that i made from https://1uphardware.co.za/ to your Card Disputes & ***** division on the 23rd of July already, Nomfundo mailed me back on the 26th of July, i then responded on the 28th July with the evidence you requested and since then i haven't received anything.The reference number is as follows RE: [REF:***]
