FNB is useless

SO my account's been debited with the ref "Bank Adjustment SARS ITA". The 1st time was last year November (R1200). This month R500 debited with the same Ref. My efiling profile shows no trace of payment by me last year. FNB HAS NO IDEA WHERE MY MONEY IS GOING, THEY ARE JUST SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST. ***** department sent me to FNB SARS Compliance. FNB SARS Compliance has no idea what I'm on about. FNB CARDS has no idea what I'm on about. IF the bank that is supposed to take care of my money has no idea what's happening with these transactions who's supposed to know? I have no access to your system where I can check by myself??? Useless bank.
