FNB IS USELESS

I accidentally paid the wrong amount of money into my FNB homeloan, and have been trying to contact them now for 2 weeks no one can help me and the number they keep telling me to call never gets answered, FNB are the absolute worst bunch of ****** ever, no one can help you.
