FNB is useless

I opened an account via the online platform submitted all I needed for FICA etc.

Money was paid in to this account it has now been 3 days and the money is still not reflecting.

Numerous chat attempts, numerous calls to call centre and 2 trips to FNB branch and nobody can assist and keep sending me in circles.

Proof was provided that money was paid to the account and still no one can assist.

FNB acknowledged the account is active and no hold is available n place.

Yet still money is not reflecting and no answers can be provided.

You get sent from one person to the other and no resolution.
