FNB is useless

FNB Global One account and forex department are not efficient at all (and that is putting in VERY VERY lightly)

I am traveling in Europe and opened a Global One Euro account with FNB as I bank with them in South Africa. Long story short, I have not been able to pay ANYWHERE on my travels with my Global Account card which FNB issued to me! This has absolutely stuffed up my trip as I have been on the phone with them for a WEEK to sort it out, yet no one seems really no what the issue is.

I sit on the phone with FNB (from Europe) and one consultant from the Forex says I need to speak to the Global Accounts department and they will put me through, then I land up and at the Premier department who says I need to chat to the Forex department, so back to the Forex department I go and the same thing OVER and OVER!

In this case, FNB IS USELESS!
