FNB IS USELESS

I am so disgusted by the level of service received from the branch and the contact center, I have requested that my cheque account was downgraded to a savings account over 1 month and 1 week ago, I have had no response to this and have been told that FNB Risk department have received the request. The contact center do not know where to transfer you to, i was on the phone for 20 minutes typed my ID number 7 times and still had no assistance, eventually someone actually put the phone down on me. I will never recommend FNB and I hope they close their doors. I am also not prepared to pay the monthly account fee on this account.
