FNB is useless

FNB must close they doors I can never spend so much money on airtime and 2hours phoneing a ghost it's like people don't work there and when you do get to speak to someone they put the phone down its a simple thing I phone they phones ring then you pick it up it's not rocket science my God if fnb employees don't Wanna work the must go home because I can not have such a hard time getting hold of someone to help me I'm useing my airtime
