FNB is Useless!
The worst possible bank. I worked for FNB 10 years ago and have been trying to get someone to help met access my IRP5 for SARS. No one is willing to help me and its impossible to get access to any platform where I can get the information. They have this useless link where you can go, but still asks you employee number which I don't have. And thats all they have and no one in FNB is willing to help. I now realise that FNB is becoming more useless each year. I am at a point where I am sick of their bad services and lack of knowledge and now this as well. It is a terrible bank. My next move is to Investec. I had enough of FNB and their no care attitude.

Don't fall for their a compliant has been filed. They don't care. Its lipstick for their uselessness. I am done with FNB. S##t bank!
