FNB is useless!!!

I still don't get it why must we inform the bank 90 days before cancelling a bond reason being I have done just that only to find that after 90 days of informing the bank of my decision to settle my bond account I still got charged an early settlement fee??? Worse every time you ask inside FNB bank for someone to assist with housing issues they tell you to phone (another way of trying to avoid you of cause) and once you phone you still can't get straight answers. I saw a TV program (3rd degree) if not mistaken mentioning that blacks are charged more in terms of FNB housing and after my personal experience i couldn't agree more. Everything about FNB is ***** and they don't have simple and straight rules on the business they are running. My house is now fully paid and I promised myself not to go back again to this ******. Actually I deserve a refund hence I have put a notice for nothing! I am in a process to get my title deed and I know I will get another drama with them (Frustrating really!!!)

After all the up's and downs I thought this matter was resolved hence I received a calls from FNB apologizing for what happened and promised to refund me back the extra amount I have paid but I was all wrong to think of that and I am getting more ****ed off (sorry about the language) about the fact that FNB is still debiting my account even after I paid them more money instead of paying me back what we agreed on. I still got changed interest and only God knows what after the huge settlement amount I have paid. I got refund forms from their lawyers showing the amount FNB will pay back to me after they took theirs and I filled and returned them hoping for a refund and not another debit from my account.  This is now affecting my health as I worry too much about something which was supposed to be sorted by the bank itself not me I am not one of their staff to always find solutions around issues like this. I believe someone on their side is getting paid to resolve issues which I strongly feel it's not happening then that person should be fired simple as that!!! We as customers can't always scratch our heads to do maths for their *********** staff. How can you charge someone whom you owe money????
