FNB is useless

Complaining aboit FNB doesn't help. The Hellopeter department just pass the complaint and doesn't follow up. The complaint just get send to file 13. They know they are wrong and have the proof that I didn't lie like they claimed. They don't want to apologise. Complaining with their CEO doesn't help either, his office just ignore everything. They just see me as just another number. Worst bank in SA
