FNB is useless

Absolute pathetic service. I changed cellphones and the banking app is linked. I try resetting username and password ONLY to be asked to approve it via the banking app WHICH I CANNOT ACCESS BECAUSE I DONT HAVE THE INFO!!!!!!!!!

I call your call centre who want to verify my info which I duly give, only to be asked NON-SENSICAL questions like when I last used my e-bucks, how much e-bucks Ive earned, what is the current balance of my account, when this information is the very THING IM LOOKING TO GET. I past the authentication of other important info like my ID, my address, my card number. But no, you cant authenticate me because I cant give you my current balance at month end when accounts are being deducted. HOLY ****. Then asked how much e-bucks did i last earn?? REALLY??????

Im outta here, you guys can keep your business, Im leaving to a bank that actually has a better banking experience.
