FNB is useless

I had accidentally transferred money form my general account into my new credit card account instead of transferring it to the old credit card to make payment. However i have still not yet received my new credit card, and now i have spent hours on the phone with FNB trying to get my money out of the new account and no one seems to be able to help me rectify this. Is this why we pay such high service fees but FNB cannot match the service standard? How hard can it be to be able to help a customer pick up the transaction and either reverse the transaction or transfer the money out of the new credit card?
