FNB is Useless

Hi

I am very very dissapointed with FNB.

Due to my phone screen I could not use my banking app for payments etc. I can log into online banking but where they can unlink devices I get an orange message that i need to call

I cant call without the phone working and I tried chat support via the Online banking and got no assistance.

I have had to give me info to someone else to be able to have the app used. and now I cant change the password

this is just beyond shocking
