FNB IS USELESS
Hi,

I was initially with Nedbank for 11 years and i had no issue with them. I decided to move over to FNB in April this year and I have received nothing but bad service from them. I app**** online for my FND Cheque account. When My card was delivered I gave the gentleman who delivered my card a copy of my proof of residence and a certified copy of my I.D. for FICA Purposes which was never loaded onto My FNB Profile. I then received an sms stating that the FICA documents had not been received and if i do not send them through they were going to freeze my account. I emailed these documents through to FNB three times to which nothing was still done about my account. It ended up with my account being frozen. I then went to the Cresta FNB which i was at for 4 hours to not be helped. I went the following day to FNB at Killarney and they assured me that they had loaded the documents and my account was unlocked. Recently i received a message about My FICA Documents again so i called FNB. I was told not to worry and that it was a mistake i am to ignore the message so i did. My account has now been frozen again and i have to now go back into a FNB Branch. This is not acceptable!
