FNB is useles
I had a temporary loan on my currant account. The loan was soon settled with payment made to the account. It is now two months that the temp loan status at the credit bureau is still indicate that the loan is still active. I have made several calls and sent several emails but still not reaction. I will not open a complaint with the bank ombudsman. FNB is the most useless bank in SA and their employees is even more useless!

05 Sept 2022, 12:54It is now another month and week and still is FNB not doing anything about my complaint. It shows their lack to do their job. Hire people that can and will perform?
