FNB is UNSECURED/UNSAFE bank and lacks ACCOUNTABILITY!!

FNB doesn't want to refund me an amount of R12000 that I was de*****ed where a cellphone was used to make this transaction of R12000 in Gauteng while I was in Cape Town with my registered phone and ATM card with me in Cape Town on the 12th August 2024 at around 12h00. They claim I'm the one that authorized this transaction using my registered phone with them while I was in Cape Town and the ***** happened in Joburg. I WANT MY MONEY!!

FNB is an extremely unsecured bank and doesn't want to take accountability for their own actions. They are trying to find every excuse not to refund me for their own fault. Please assist!!
