Fnb is unreliable and a headache!!!!! I will withdraw my money and close all my bank accounts!!!!!

Fnb is the most unreliable bank ever when you are in need they will never help you even if you in a different country!!!!! I have a number that was linked to my profile inorder to login that number would receive the otp but now my phone with that number was ****** in a different and now I tried to explain that I came back to South Africa to sort this out and I was told my number that am using would receive the otp to login little did I know that's not the case now I have tried every way possible to get help to have this number changed and no one will assist me at all no one. So now I will have to fly back to get this sorted out that another R 7000 out of my pocket again!!!! If I end up flying back to get this sorted I will close all my accounts I have with fnb and take all my money out of my 3 accounts am disgusted with this type of treatment and I will tell my mother to follow and close her accounts and take her money with her too and open a bank account at a reliable bank fnb is useless. What a headache of a bank!!!!!!!!
