FNB is unreliable
I went into the FNB branch in George in September 2019. I told them that I am leaving to go and work in Vietnam and need to access my banking from there. They promised that all is sorted and I am not to worry. Well I am in Vietnam and can't do my banking. The only thing I can use is my bank card. I have tried everything and no luck. Apparently my device is not recognized by FNB. I have contacted FNB and nobody is able to assist me. So now I am stuck in Vietnam and can't even send money home to the people taking care of my child or even pay my rent. I can not even begin to explain the disappointment I feel towards FNB.
