FNB is unreachable unless you can call them

I’m trying to contact FNB because there have been multiple suspicious transactions on my account. I’m at a lodge in the mountains with no cell reception so I can’t phone a call centre. Secure Chat isn’t available on my FNB for some reason and there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact them other than calling.
