FNB IS UNPROFESSIONAL

Am getting tired of FNB service. Am encountering the same issue for the third time now this is really fraustrating. They deducted my full salary again into my credit account without my consent , when i called they said ive arranged for them to make a full payment. When and how i made that arrangement they cant prove. This is really un professional , they were deducting a minimum payment now all of a sudden full amount is taken its even worse the whole salary. Am really cross right now.

FNB better reverse my amount , am thinking of closing this account and change banks because they dont care about my reviews.
