FNB IS UNMANNERLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Unhappy with the service from Preller Plein FNB branch in Bloemfontein. With 15 minutes left of the business day, the consultant was unmannerly and VERY unhelpful. She complained to her friend before helping me, and when she called me, she curtly said “come”. I don’t think this is how FNB trains the consultants and I am very unhappy as this was the only time I could go to FNB after my work hours.
