FNB is unhumane

As with my previous review I was left jobless due to covid and could not make any payments for 4 months. I spoke to my banker, app**** for relief and now we are here... 1. Credit card I made an arrangement to pay x amount which I have been doing for a few months now. I get calls at least 3 times a day from a company FNB uses for collection and despite me sharing proof of payment they continue to call 2. Personal Loan Similarly, I made an arrangement. I have not missed a payment since the arrangement. Even with the arrangement, FNB randomsly debits my account and now I have had a collections agency Mzansi Investment solutions call me and tell me I have missed a payment when not only did I pay, FNB went to debit all the money in the cheque account.

I am exhausted from calling FNB loans department, being taken from pillar to post. I am sharing so other people know how inhumane and disgusting FNB treats their customers.

I cannot wait to finish paying off this debt so I never have to deal with FNB again.
