FNB is unhelpful

Good day I mistakenly transfer from two accounts to rectify this I phoned FNB they couldn’t help me , I went to the bank they told me send an email , there I phoned FNB at my own cost they all I got was being pushed from caller to caller who could t help , I regret joining FNB
