FNB is ********* and *****s money.

So I go to FNB New Market in Alberton to close my Global accounts that I have never used because we haven't gone overseas yet. When I opened the accounts they told me I would not pay a monthly or yearly fee if I didn't use them and I specifically asked them if they were sure and they said yes. I didn'I haven't used any of them since they have been opened, I have been to this place 4 times in one week and no one can help me. They say talk to the forex department and the forex department says talk to the branch who told you this and they won't help either. All I'm getting is settle the acount and I have told them I will not pay for this because I haven't used the damn account and it is ********* to say something which is not true. You can take that account and stuff it I will not pay for it after you told me I will not pay anything if it isn't used. Don't come with your bs protocols of repeating yourselves over and over again.
