FNB is uesless and want to stick the accounts where the sun doesnt shine!!!!!!!!!!!

My phone overheated so cant verify an inter bank transfer. I cant contact them as it says my home pc which I do my banking is unverified. How on earth are we expected to do any banking without an app. I cant do payments so I will face penalties, servers will be frozen, internet cant be paid...... I have some nasty thoughts about what I think of FNB right now. one being a thumb and the rear end of a person.
