FNB is trying to Sabotage me

<p>I sent a notice to close close my private clients account to FNB on the 27th May 2017 after I had just cleared all the bank fees on it. In the email I specifically stated that they shld close the account immediately before any account charges incure. The private banker asigned to me was Precious Sibanyoni with email address ********** <p>By the 31 of May, the request was not yet done then I sent a follow up email. I only got a response from Precious on the 1st of June and by then there where monthly account fees and bank charges for the month of June amouting to over R 300 on the account. In her response she metioned that the person responsible for that email address was not at work hense the delay on the response and also that I should settle the new bank charges. I argued that it was not my businesss that the private banker was not available and also the charges built up after I had sent my notice of closure.</p> <p>I think this is sabotage from FNB. It is not my business that whoever was responsibe to close the account was not at work. FNB must just settle the charges and close the account. We are now getting in week 2 and this have not been resolved. I sent an email yesterday requsting for feedback - dololo response. I sent another one today - still nothing.</p> <p> </p>
