FNB is truly failing the client

I have just noticed on my FNB banking app that i have 4 new unauthorized debit orders. This seems to be a recurring challenge this year, as this must be the 3rd time this year, i have to invest my time in trying to reverse and stop these debit orders. I have been moving back and forth with FNB for their poor service standards. On the 30th of October i had to go into the FNB prospecton branch to try and have this matter attended to physically, because this FNB app seems to create more problems than solutions. When i informed the consultant that these debit orders have not been authorized by myself, she suggested i close my account and get a completely new account, which would be a grave inconvienience to me as a a customer, on top of the inconvienience of constantly having to go back and forth trying to solve the problems FNB seems to have a challenge assisting me with. The unfortunate part is the culture of non-accountability from this banking institution. I was then given a number to contact and they claim the debit orders are from ABSA and FNB can do nothing to assist me. As a customer i leave my money in a bank and then the bank can not protect my money whilst authorizing debit orders without any instrusction from me as the client/account holder. How then do we maintain confidence in this institution? FNB has really become a disappointment and the failure to provide solutions has resulted in a client losing complete confidence. I hope other banks do not have these challenges, as it is about time we look at other banking institutions as an alternative, because FNB seems to think it is doing the client a favour and there are no options on our end. I do not even know if i will be getting my money back and my bank seems to not care, but never forgets to take the bank charges from my account. What we are paying for, i really dont know?
