FNB is trash for real

Firstly I would like to say FNB is trash secondly ever since I opened my second account with FNB I have been battling with unknown debit orders literally 5 days after I opened the account that started flying in .Bare in mind that they say that its like that with every bank but trust me Capitec has never had any unauthorized debit orders on my account since 2013. Since my money keeps going missing in the account decided to use my capitec for my monthly payments and keep very little money in the account ,to take care of the life cover and any global payments I may need to make from time to time.

What upsets me is that my account goes into excess and I have to pay an extra R60 here R150 there R20 there aside from the monthly charges .after such an incident recently I was charged excessive fee for some stupid debit order I was advised to change the account to a savings which made sense.

After downgrading the account to a savings because of excessive fees and charges I noticed that I was charged a monthly fee again for the same darn month!!!! so me downgrading the account actually meant I would be paying double now I have also taken up the life cover and calling them to change the debit date to the 23th I noticed that the funds were charged on the 19th which is not what I had said and because of such insolence have no reason to keep their damn life policy And visiting the branch across from me is a waste of time because the clowns there know nothing and are very cheeky about it too no wonder that branch is closing down. If there is an alternative to FNB for global payments ,which Im guessing there is,I will be moving to it because seeing the FNB logo just makes me cringe at this point and I have never had a negative review on my profile except for FNB 4 reviews in the past few months. I know the procedure you will call me reassure me that this will be sorted and a few weeks later I have to deal with the same bull first thing I will be doing in the AM is to cancel that darn life policy
