FNB is trash

I have struggled with FNB this is the second review I'm writing. I pay R219 for a service every month which I don't receive. My app won't work, the bankers in the secure chat are horrible. In a time where people have been financially battered, you lot still take money for services you don't give. I have a debit account that's been going of daily unauthorized and been trying to cancel it for days now, with no help from FNB. The same issue I had last time and they promised to fix it. I'm tired of this bank. You and you so-called bankers are honestly trash! In one chat I have been switched to 9 different bankers and my problem has no been addressed. I'm done with this bank... no more!
