FNB is trash

I have had the worst experience with FNB for the past couple of months. I opened a late estate account in November last year for my father but up until today they still haven't processed the funds. Initially I was told that it would take 90 days but it has been close to 6 months now!! I've been calling and not getting any solid feedback. The worst bank ever
