FNB is totally *********** in delivering Bank cards after and SMS was sent twice that card will be delivered on a specific date before 17h00

On the 16 October 2017 i received a SMS form FNB stating that Mr D courier will get in contact with me to arrange delivery of my Credit card ( for the old one is expiring end November). I was contacted and after giving my address on the 26 Oct 2017 i received an SMS confirming delivery( Ref No - ********** 7) on the 31 Oct 2017 before 5:00 pm. The same SMS was sent to me on the 30 Oct 2017 again as a reminder. At 9.29 the 31 Oct 2017 i received a confirmation SMS that my order # ********** 7 is on its way and will be delivered before 5:00 pm the same day. The 31 Oct came and nothing was delivered. I then on the 1 Nov contacted the Number ( ********** ) given several time i eventually got hold of a person working at Mr D Courier. Sorry's was said and the delivery was rescheduled for the 6th Nov 2017. I then informed the lady that in going out off the country and my flight is leaving on the 9th Nov 2017 and there after i wouldn't be that the same address until December 2017 because of working in different towns on my return. She assured me the the same mistake wounded happen again. and again the 6 Nov came and no deliverer was done. On the 7th Nov i went into the Branch at Mall of the North Polokwane and to complain and get this sorted out. One of the banks employee's helping. Me contacted the courier and a then spoke to an new person explaining my unhappiness about there poor service and constant breaking of there own promises. We then agreed to that they must deliver my cart to the FNB Branch Giyani. knowing that my cart is at the branch and because i got very busy working between two branches and spending very little time in Giyani i have eventual found my way to the bank Yesterday afternoon only to find my cart is never delivered . The poor attendant at FNB ( Kulani ) tried her very best to help find-out what has happened with my cart. and every department she called in FNB including the Cart's department give her the run around to a point where i felt sorry for her thinking if the bank sends her as an employee from pillar to post how poor is your internal service structures really. Probably badder that a Municipality ( i think we can all relate there ). The long and short of this story is that my cart is still at the courier service who i have contacted this morning more that 3 time already with being cut of twice and the one time someone have picked up the phone the lady words was as follow " sorry sir but i don't work in the cards department but pls give my your name and Cell number before i transfer you to that department and i will sommer also give them your contact details, there after instead of transferring me she cut me off( for flip sake ) and till 3 hours latter still no reply or call form any "department". So it seem that FNB glory days as a leader in the banking industry is over!!!! and maybe they have a lot of customer and i might be a small fry in the pool but, but here is the thing; you make money if we borrow money form you for whatever the reason or even if we invest or take out policy's from you and that is why you need us. In this case your not the only institution out there with this service, that wants to make money out of us.

If I don't get a response asp ill go to an author bank ( small fry or not) that really means it when they say " how can we help you" and not "How can we frustrate you". That will be the end of you making money out of me ever again because poor service have no excuse only repairs. If more of us do the same you end up scaling down to nothing.

I know some of you reading this complain will say "ja but look at how long you have waited" ,but for those out there that understand Nov and Dec is the busiest time of the year for us and to go and sit in a line at the bank for 2 hours is just not in your dairy. You'll understand what this is all about, and how important the keeping of promises is in our lives.

Especially from the one I in-trust my hard earned money to!!!!
