FNB is too big to care
Failure to assist with multiple queries with outstanding issues for over a year

1) FNB app does not show accounts. Making the app almost unusable. This was escalated to "software support" or whomever. 3 visits to the branch with telephony support, multiple chat complaints and nothing.
2) Unable to remove profile from login screen. Seems simple enough and they even confirmed it was done but no change.
