FNB is **** this days

Went to fnb branch to re-invest with my mother and we struggled to do the transaction as their system didn't allow us and when we called their call centre we were taken from pillar to post the service is really not client friendly .at the branch(Birch acres)the consultant couldn't assist as she didn't have access to do that.what **** service is this with FNB.

we just wanted to put money into the account.

last year i had an issue ..what's happening with FNB services for old people

my mother is ****** old to even read her ID number by herself
