FNB is theee most pathetic bank to deal with!
After debiting my account for my personal loan THREE times, causing my other accounts to bounce, I am left with the grueling task of having to fix their error. Calling and calling the bank to remedy the situation is a futile exercise. I am fuming with anger! Best to close my account with this dreadful bank altogether.

I have spent sooo much time on the online chat service today, only to get nowhere..Dealing with an extremely unaccomodating Lavern, who failed to recognize the impact which FNB's stuff up has had on me, with costs incurred and a negative credit score. She still expects me to fix it!!!
