FNB IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CLIENTS

I have been wrongly blacklisted by FNB for two loans and my credit profile has been badly affected.I got this on my credit report by Experian and Compuscan.One is a temporal loan acc(TLN***) and ***.I get my monthly salary at FNB on the 15th of every month.This has been happening for as long as l can remember.FNB always deduct what is due to them before l can even lay my hands on my salary,meaning l never default any payment. I don't know how they ended up blacklisting me for having defaulted payments for +120 days in both accounts. I contacted them regarding the matter on 27/09/2020,ref (CBYBTA4A and AW34GLMN) and they promised to contact me within 2 working days but never did till today. My credit profile has been badly affected by that as a result l cannot get any form of a loan due to the defamation of character they have caused me.
