FNB is the worst mistake I have ever made

Since my debt councellor has erroneously paid my FNB personal loan installments BACK INTO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT since Feb to August this year, FNB has ignored my emails I which I am trying to rectify the mistake of Debt Success. Fnb claims I am more than R31 000 in arrears. This is not possible. I am emailing FRB debt review center as well as Debt Success, but I am being ignored. This is making my life hell. FNB, you are supposed to help me, not ignore me. This was not my mistake, but I am being left out to dry. FRB debt review centre has ignored my emails since September I was in touch with Manoko Mulaudzi at *** but since September, he has not bothered to respond to me.
