FNB IS THE WORST!

FNB has been sending emails to notify me of calls I will be getting from their team. But from the 16th up to today the 20th I haven't. All I received today was an email from Khulekani FNB claiming to have called and could not reach me. Yet no attempt was made. I give up on this bank! Getting your winnings is such a hassle. October to November I have been trying to have this sorted!!!!
