FNB is the worst banking institution ever!

For days I have been trying to resolve a query with FNB credit card division and it seems that I just can't get the staff to handle same efficiently, or to understand the query with fairness. This is the most pathetic banking institution to deal with. About time that I switch my bonds over to another bank, as well as all accounts. Useless!
