FNB is the worst bank in the world, their adds lie, you cant believe anything from anyone that works there

So for the last week and a half i have been unable to make any electronic payments from my account and they are unable to increase my daily limit. The banking app does not confirm any transactions. After 9 hours on a phone and 3 hours inside a bank I decide I will rather close my account cause you cant work like this. So then they tell me they cant close my account becuase I have money inside and I cant withdraw it because they do not keep money on bank premisses for me to withdraw. So I cant make payments out of my account cant withdraw my money, and cant close the account. What a clever way of ****ming your customer, so looks like they are just gonna ***** my money now, and keep on charging me for a account I wont be using ever again as they are not able to close it. This is a useless bank even worse than eskom, at least eskom sometimes have electricity. I am going to withdraw my daily limit till my account is empty then FNB can go **** someone else. I am a premium wealth accoutn holder by the way, supposed to be a flagship account, I pay a R1000 a month in banking charges just to have the account, and this is the service I get. Poor normal customers must have it even worse. Why do we allow these ****ming ****s to continue *****ing from us. I am done with this dishonest bank. The private banker "that was assigned to me" has not been available once in four years. Seems like ****ming ppl keeps them really busy. I would not recommend FNB to my worst enemy, they are as ******* as the ANC.
