FNB IS THE WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA- THEY DAY LIGHT ******** THEMSELVES

FNB IS THE WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA- THEY DAY LIGHT ******** THEMSELVES.

Last year August I deposited money into what I thought is a car rental company only to find out that it was a **** company that banked with FNB. Immediately the following day when I realised it was a **** I went to FNB to try and report it. I went to FNB balfour park where they pointed me to a phone and gave me a ***** line number to call and explained to me that I should explain to them my story.

The first consultant told me that I must go report the matter to my bank and my bank must be the one that communicates with the FNB ***** line. I went back to my bank of which they advised me to go open a case at the police station and get an affidavit as well. I did all that and then my bank send the query to FNB. At this time FNB had assured me and the police officer working on my case that they have freezed the FNB **** account and my money is in there and they will refund me my money once the investigation is concluded. From August until December I kept on going to my bank to follow but it seems FNB was just sitting and not even bothered to give any update.

In December the police officer that was working on my case provided me with a letter that was concluding the case and he said since the money is still sitting in the account and he concludes that this account is used for ******** people to buy bit coins they must be able to refund my money.

On the 4th of January I went to my bank to go have them follow up with the FNB *****. Today the 8th of January 2019 I get a call from my bank and they tell me that FNB ***** responded back saying there is no longer any money in that **** account. I am shocked as too how an account that was reported as **********, where even a police conclusion to the investigation proved that this account is used for ***** somehow FNB managed to unfreeze the account and have the funds gone.

HOW FNB??? NOW THINGS LIKE THIS MAKES ONE REALISE THAT MAYBE YOU AS A BANK ARE THE ONES ******** PEOPLE. YOU ALLOW SUCH THINGS TO HAPPEN. I MEAN I FOUGHT THIS CASE BECAUSE WHEN I HAD REPORTED THE ACCOUNT MY MONEY WAS STILL IN THERE AND COULD HAVE BEEN PAID BACK TO ME BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO SOMEONE DECIDED LET US UNFREEZE THIS ACCOUNT.

FNB YOU ARE USELESS. YOU ARE ******** YOURSELF AND I WILL MAKE SURE I SPREAD THE WORD ON ALL PALTFORMS ABOUT HOW PATHETIC YOUR SERVICE IS.

I WANT MY MONEY BAC**** YOU GUYS DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO CASES THAT PEOPLE OPEN OR THE INVESTIGATIONS YOU “CLAIM” YOU ARE MAKING. ALL THIS TIME I WAS BEING TOLD FNB IS STILL BUSY INVESTIGATING ONLY TO FIND THAT YOUR INVESTIGATION MEANS UNFREEZING THE ACCOUNT AND GIVING THE ******* MY MONEY. PATHETIC!!! EVEN CAPITEC A BANK THAT CAME YEARS AFTER YOU GUYS BEATS YOU WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE!!!
