FNB is the worst bank in SA

It is impossible to believe that since February this absolutely useless bank is still harassing me for payment on a loan I do not owe them. Again they call at 730 in the morning waking up the entire house. Not even an Ombudsman complaint stops them from continuing the bad service. Here are a couple of highlights. 1. Freezing an account that has been FIca in the branch. 2. can't switch debit orders( I had to log an complaint in 3 weeks to get it done) 3. Calling at on business hours(again this morning) 4. not able to verify that I do not owe money before they call(system issues) 5. Absolute oblivious to their ignorance. They don't realise they are not doing their jobs correct.

If this complaint does not correct the actions of the bank(it is about the 5th or 6th) I will be forced to take some more public and legal action. Words can no longer express my frustration against an entity that refuses to leave me alone. After they call you, the complaint is just ignored. They called me to confirm my loan is not in arrears and the next day collections calls again.
