FNB is the worst bank in SA

I complained about FNB last week. I was called on Friday and was advised that my complaint was escalated and that I would receive a call from the relevant department that same day or on Saturday. I'm still waiting for the call. They probably know that I am right and don't want to apologise. They think they are better than their clients and can lable them as *****.
