FNB IS THE WORST BANK IN EXISTENCE
I requested a paid-up letter and refund for my credit card which was under debt review on the 23rd of August. Nobody cam back to me despite to claimed turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours. I logged a complaint on HelloPeter on Thursday, again to which no reply was received except a reference number. Upon phoning, I am being sent from pillar to post. FNB is the most pathetic bank I have ever encountered!!
My debit order for the debt review is going off tomorrow and I have still not received a paid-up letter, despite payment being made on the 17th of August already.
What is wrong with FNB's employees??

Refund received.
HOWEVER, more money was now put into the account (due to debit order on the 1st of September) and I requested a paid-up letter from you which never realized.
Now I have to go through the entire refund process AGAIN.
FNB is the slowest, worst bank imaginable.
Please process refund ASAP AND SEND ME A PAID-UP LETTER!
