FNB is the worst bank if you want to build a good Credit Score

I want to advise any person who try to build a good credit score not to bank with FNB. I have been trying for years to build a good credit score to buy a house. My Credit score show only on time payments since 2017. Part of building a good credit score you need to have debt, I have a FNB Revolving Facility, for many months they took the installment every month via debit order. Last month THEY made a mistake and didn't submit a debit order. Immediately just listed a payment skipped, my credit score immediately dropped with 20 points and there reflect missed payment on my credit record now. Even though it wasn't me who didn't missed the payment, FNB THEMSELVES missed the payment. There is 8 years down the drain for me making sure not to miss any payments. FNB just *****ed me over.
