FNB is the Worst bank for emergency situation

I app**** for a pre approved personal loan from FNB my primary bank for that matter yesterday12/12/2024. The application was done in the branch because some how i believed walking into the bank would eliminate unnecessary delays since i needed the cash asap, in my mind i anticipated the delays to be less than two hours i mean its my primary bank. They know am in good books with them. With capitec i know its immediate let me not compare. The consultant was so good she even called me today to apologize and promised to try and send an email again to speed up the process, buuut to this very moment i have not received the funds i don't know anymore if i will ever receive the money or only next year i don't know. Am so dissatisfied, i am literally banking with inefficiency, for my personal and my two business accounts... To think i went around preaching to my friends how good a bank it is for business banking. Run from FNB they care nothing about our emergency.
